NutGraph: .As we all know, human is composed of different organ system.  For us to be healthy with longer life span, It is a must for us to eat proper and nutritious foods.  Aside from that, we should also
take care of ourselves by taking/ drinking  enough amount of water as one of the greatest number of percentage content in our body.  And take the proper rest by sleeping at least 8 hours a days being the required number of hours for the young individual. Most of all, avoid taking drugs especially too much so our body will not be a drug dependent.
